I deliver application administration, system enhancements, and operational support for Macquarie's global recruitment platform using Avature. Working closely with business stakeholders and global teams, I help optimize recruitment processes, improve platform efficiency, and deliver scalable solutions. My day-to-day responsibilities include:

Project Alignment

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and global teams to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Project Alignment

• Constantly attends scheduled meetings, as well as adhoc calls and discussions with the client.
• Created and edited technical documents such as runbooks and documentations, as well as presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
