Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering at Adamson University, Kenn is a highly skilled Application Development Analyst. He also spent a tremendous amount of time co-managing their family Paint business alongside his superhero mom, in which he acquired people, team and task management skills. I spearheaded a variety of technical solutions for our German client in their needs under Oracle HCM Cloud. In a day-to-day basis, here’s my responsibilities:

Project Alignment

• Constantly attends scheduled meetings, as well as adhoc calls and discussions with the client.
• Created and edited technical documents such as runbooks and documentations, as well as presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Led Data Migration and Deployment workstreams, making sure everyone is aligned - offshore, onshore, nearshore, client and stakeholders alike.

Data Migration

• Loaded various amounts of transactional data under Oracle HCM Cloud for different teams.
• Tested the performance of HDL for big bang migration, as well as daily repeating migrations.
• Created solutions and optimizations for daily repeating migrations which also include daily purge and deletions.

Deployment

• Applied several ETL processes both regularly and adhoc from several sources and target environments using HDL, CSM, FSM, REST API and manual configurations.
• Delivered automated solutions for ETL and data validation using OTBI/BIP and Python.

Business Intelligence Reporting

• Conducted regular back-end data check through SQL queries and data models.
• Created numerous reports for reconciliation, validation, HDL creation using OTBI and BIP.
